Our caring culture helps us build and maintain our strong community – both inside and outside the organization.

We invest in our people with progressive learning and development programs, mental and physical health and wellness programs, and corporate recognition like our ACE Awards and our annual Staff Day.

Flexible Work Program

Our Flexible Work Program gives you flexibility in where and when you work, so you can maximize your performance, foster collaboration and contribute to our organizational community.

The program offers a hybrid work model, where staff work some of the time on campus and some of the time off campus.

It also offers a variety of shift schedules; flex days; balance days; and modified work weeks, depending on your role, the nature of your work, and business requirements.

Who we support

Our annual Provincial Employees Community Services Fund (PECSF) campaign runs from September to November. This public service-wide fundraising program supports thousands of local charities in our community. Last year, our employees raised $62,711!

Every year during the month of May, we fundraise money and wear denim to show our support for BC Children’s Hospital’s Jeans Up campaign. This year our staff raised $2,785 so that more kids will benefit from groundbreaking research and get access to innovative technologies and specialized care.

Our staff support a variety of other organizations in our community throughout the year.
